Charter Pricing

Motor Yacht can be chartered by the Day, by the Evening, by the Weekend, or by the Week. Weekend & weekly rates may vary with the time of the season. Longer periods are by negotiation. Transfers are Time /Mileage based.

Please remember to add the Skipper’s Fees to your costs where it is not included. # Rate may vary occasionally with a particular Skipper’s availability. Typical rate £185.00 / Day

Taxes: Prices for the services above include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current UK rate where applicable (+ see ‘Diesel’ below). UK VAT - From 04/01/2011 = 20%

Payment: may be made with all major Credit Cards via PayPal, or by Bank Transfer, or Internet Banking. We will provide full account information, IBAN & SWIFT codes & a full Contract when a booking is made.

Diesel: Where shown, free ‘Diesel Miles’ are included in the fee. After the ‘free’ allowance, diesel is charged at cost....
 
At high speed, 20 knots, consumes circa 6 Litres of diesel per nautical mile (Including Generator & Air Conditioning).  20 Knots provides to ability to make high speed Island transfers, but if you would like a more leisurely transfer Giulietta is even more efficient at low speed (8-10 knots) burning just 3 litres a nautical mile.
 
For longer cruises, 8-10 knots is the norm providing more time for sightseeing and cost effective travel.
The choice is yours to go fast or slow, but whatever you choose you will only be charged for the actual diesel used. Wherever possible we also buy diesel at he lower commercial rate, not the retail rate and we pass this saving onto onto our clients.
 
It is normal practice to take an Agreed Payment Advance (APA), on deposit, to cover the estimated diesel costs. Any pre-provisioning costs are covered in the same way.
Goods supplied such as diesel & provisions are invoiced separately and not liable for VAT.
Any variation from the Advance Payment is charged or refunded at the end of the charter.
