Powered by twin Volvo Penta Diesel Engines, developing 480 HP each, she is capable of running efficiently at 6 to 8 knots whilst at planing speeds she can reach a top speed of 30 kts. In 2009/10 she was extensively refitted and upgraded both to further improve customer comfort and to comply with MCA (Marine & Coast Guard Agency) safety rules allowing her to operate as a commercial yacht with up to 12 persons on board. She is now ‘coded’ for MCA Category 2 ie. 60 miles from any safe port, giving her an open water range of 120 miles and a safe cruising range (25% left in reserve) of 450 nautical miles. For single handed berthing she is also fitted with a ‘Yacht Controller’ system and FLS (Forward Looking Sonar), perfect for safe easy approaches to harbours.

Carries her own small Rib with an 8 HP outboard allowing easy access to secluded beaches and coves as well as smaller or drying harbours. For the sunbathers there are sunbathing areas with large comfortable cushions on both the Forward Deck and Fly Bridge. A large bimini on the Fly Bridge provides shade. For the swimmers there is a swim platform with a boarding ladder and a hot & cold fresh water shower. The Passerelle (Hydraulic Gangplank) can also be used as a diving board. For extra freedom & exploring carries two folding bicycles.

In April/May 2012 after a winter lay-up in Gibraltar, we are offering a very special Yacht Charter package to join us on Giulietta II for a trip from Spain to the Greek Islands. Embarking in Gibraltar or Alicante, the yacht will visit Formentera, Mallorca, Menorca, Sardinia, Sicily, Malta, Italy, the Ionian Islands and Greece through to the Cyclades Islands and will include passage through the Corinth Canal. We have just 4 berths in two Cabins.

For daily charter, up to 12 persons can be accommodated, including the Skipper.
For weekly & live-on cruising, up to 4 guests, in two cabins, can enjoy their own luxury motor yacht environment with their own Skipper and if required, an additional crew member^ or cook.
^The yacht is normally operated by a Skipper + 1 x Crew, but if preferred one of the guests, after a short safety briefing & training, may take on the Crew role.
In Mediterranean climes, up to 6 passengers may be accommodated in 3 cabins.**
