Why Skippered Charter?
  
When you take a Skippered charter, or crewed Charter, it is the closest thing to having your own luxury Motor Yacht, with your own Captain and Crew. Unlike a big cruise ship the boat goes where you want and when you want**. Whether that is anchored in a private bay, making a passage, holding a business meeting, making an romantic evening cruise, exploring a new coastline or visiting a new port. If you wish, we can plan an itinerary for you, or you can sit down with the Skipper and plan your own route. We believe that it is the best of both worlds.
  
Looked at another way; it’s Island Hopping, “but not as we know it Jim!”. Grown up Island Hoping. Island hopping in luxury, where the ‘ferry’ goes just where you want to go and exactly when you want to go there.
 
 carries the very latest detailed digital and paper charts of the cruising area as well as ‘Cruising Guides’ packed full of information on the area, the coastline and the places of interest. The Skippers for ,who are fully qualified Commercial Skippers, are also usually highly knowledgeable about the cruising areas. So the yacht is yours for the period of the yacht charter; explore, sunbathe, swim and enjoy the experience without the worry of planning or organising.
 
 has her own generator and is fully Air Conditioned allowing a comfortable time inside whether it is hot or cold outside. But, if you want to be a little more energetic, we do also carry two folding bicycles on board!
  
Tea, coffee and a light breakfast can be provided on board, but as far as eating is concerned generally we normally aim to be either in a port at night, enjoying the evening and allowing you to explore, or to be anchored in a peaceful spot close to local eateries.
But if it’s night life you are after, then we can find that as well, from traditional to modern.
 
If you wish to dine on the boat the Skipper and/or crew will be happy to discuss your options, but please note that this is not included in the base price of the yacht charter
  
When the day or evening is over, just like a quality hotel, you will always find a hot shower with towels & toiletries provided on the yacht and fresh bed linen & a luxury mattress to sink into.
  
For most charters the motor yacht is usually crewed by two people - the Skipper and another Crew Member - so even if the Skipper is busy at the helm, the Crew Member will be there to help. Occasionally a member of the charter party may wish to take on the ‘Crew’ duties and this is also possible after a short safety briefing.
